Access and use of the aforementioned website contrary to the terms and conditions shall be violation of the contract and shall be actionable under law. Waterfall is a registered Company under the Companies Act 1956. The company shall deal in all aspects of Antiques & Reproduction, Handicrafts, Wood & Wrought Iron Furniture, Gift Articles, Carpets and other related industries.

Terms and conditions for the use of the website are as under:
a. All rights in respect of information and service provided by the company are exclusive property of the company and are non- actionable.
b. Transfer of any service or product information by user shall be treated as unauthorized.
c. Right to cancel membership of any user is reserved with Waterfall.
d. The business information of products supplied by the Company can be used by a subscriber or a visitor to the site for personal or individual business purpose only.
e. The service provided by the the Company is subject to laws prevailing in India and any change in law in India shall be automatically applicable.
f. Every effort is made to provide perfect information, but the same is subject to general prudence, market behaviour and availability of data input. Minor deviations in the information/service may be possible.
g. If access to the site is not available due to technical problems or on account of third party acts, the company shall not be held liable in any manner.
h. All decisions to add or delete information, service or products on the site shall be taken by the management of the company and such decisions shall be final and not liable to be questioned by any subscriber or visitor to the site.
i. A subscriber or a visitor to the site shall not copy ,nor prepare, nor download information unless specifically provided for.
j. There shall be no implied warranty of the products and all warranty, wherever provided, shall be individual, separate and specific.
k. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of the Courts in Jodhpur.
l. The prices mentioned along with the products are Ex. Factory Prices & F.O.B. Mumbai Prices, India. Ex. Factory Prices exclude all the charges till Mumbai Port & F.O.B. Mumbai Charges include Packing Charges, Transportation , Fumigation & Other Handling Charges, from Jodhpur to Mumbai/ Nhava Sheva Port.
m. The prices are subject to change without prior notice.
n. Each item carries a minimum order quantity stipulation.
o. The details of items displayed can vary up to 5% (As many products are hand-made)
p. Payments are accepted only in US$ as per the prevalent exchange rate.
